Tabor Cranberry Cake

Chop:

2 cups cranberries

1/2 cup walnuts

1/2 cup sugar

Spread in a lightly buttered 10 inch pie plate.

Mix:

2 eggs

1 cup sugar

12 Tablespoons melted cooled butter

1 cup flour

1/4 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. almond extract

Pour over cranberry mixture and bake in 350 oven for 40 minutes or until toothpick tests clean.

Serve with dollop of cream or ice cream if desired.
